The rules for this plan are:
– Perform one five-minute workout five days a week for four weeks,
– Two rest days per week whenever you want them.
– Progress to a more difficult workout weekly
– Each workout is made up of five exercises (designer – fitness trainer Chelsea Dornan)
– Do as many reps as you can in 60 seconds, for each move.
– Move on to the next exercise. Very easy!!!
